Job Responsibilities –

● Expertise in digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
● Hands-on usage of Adobe – Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc
● Provide great service to allocated clients
● Being able to understand the psychology of content creation and ideate accordingly to create quality content.

• Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

• Run optimized Campaigns through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc.

• Candidates should be ready to work on different aspects of digital marketing like Google Adwords, Social media marketing, SEO, Affiliate marketing, YouTube marketing, etc.

• To work with multiple internal stakeholders to develop strong digital strategies, oversee the web site optimization, and play a crucial role within the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

• Social Media – Figure out SEO strategy with content team.

Job Description

• Must have work experience in ad operations/trafficking with expertise in Google DFP.

• Must have experience in managing programmatic partnerships and working for Ad Exchange, SSP, and DSP

• Expert in implementation and header bidding hierarchy.

• Expertise in Excel and Google Analytics.

• Understanding of reforming third-party tags and rich media.

• Ability to manage work efficiently and work under pressure situations.

• Quick learner and a good team player, adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ad-trafficking, ad-management & optimization of all advertising campaigns.

• Assistance with Programmatic Deals and PMP

• Weekly & Monthly MIS of all ad partners/campaigns – Provide detailed financial and analytics reporting.

• Manage inventory and must have the ability to generate custom reports for multiple stakeholders.

• Must be up to date with the latest programmatic marketplace development and recommendations.

• Conduct optimization of campaigns for quality performance and scaling of the campaign.

• Keep a check on campaign spent. Identify and execute optimization required to increase the ROI.

• Resolve ad operation issues (technical issues, deliveries & billing disputes, etc) with agencies, clients, third-party platforms, etc

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the lead generation strategy

• Manage Paid campaigns budget and optimize for best results.

• lead a team of Executive’s to manage different campaigns

• Monitor the performance of ad accounts and plan out campaign strategies based on seasonality, competitor activities, product availability, and more

• Analyze Advertisement performance across campaigns, accounts, websites, and channels

• Strong keyword researched lists to capture opportunities at their best

• Create advertising strategies for new programs

• optimize the content on the landing page for the best user experience

• Conduct A/B testings for landing pages, ad copies, images, etc

• Monitor the market trends for paid search & Anything else as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have expert level of knowledge in Google and Facebook Ads 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with lead generation.

• Highly organized and goal-driven and able to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounts.

• Eager to work with new tools and learn new skills.

Candidate Should know overall performance, search, ads, different media types. Namely a person who can create and plan different campaigns and ideas to up-sell and target current and new media channels.
