Roles and Responsibilities:-
- This function combines account management and sales to provide overall ownership for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain progressive, strategic, deep, and long-term client relationships.
- Manage and create SOWs, share estimation’s and get approvals from clients.
- Hiring as per the client’s need and follow the onboarding process.
- Develop an understanding of accounts needed & build a strategic plan to improve overall results & client profitability.
- Ensuring the work to be delivered on time to the client.
- Timely reporting to clients team and our internal team as per plans.
- Keep a check on planning, design, project management for daily work management.
- Keep a record of client archives and interactions.
- Coordinate with other staff members- Admin, IT, HR, etc. to deliver projects on time and efficiently to clients.
- Client servicing on an ongoing basis, understanding client needs, and developing a service strategy
- Analyzing data, monitoring variations, and implementing ideas to improve operational performance across the business.
- Identify and pursues possibilities for enterprise development..
- Identify and pursues opportunities for business development.
- Achievement of sales for assigned clients/accounts.
- Negotiating contracts with significant clients and sticking to deadlines in order to achieve each client’s long-term objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Must have 2 years of work experience in client servicing, sales & marketing.
- Experience working with international clientele is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
