Job Responsibilities –

● Expertise in digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
● Hands-on usage of Adobe – Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc
● Provide great service to allocated clients
● Being able to understand the psychology of content creation and ideate accordingly to create quality content.

• This function combines account management and sales to provide overall ownership for assigned clients.

• Develop and maintain progressive, strategic, deep, and long-term client relationships.

• Manage and create SOWs, share estimation’s and get approvals from clients.

• Hiring as per the client’s need and follow the onboarding process.

• Develop an understanding of accounts needed & build a strategic plan to improve overall results & client profitability.

• Ensuring the work to be delivered on time to the client.

• Timely reporting to clients team and our internal team as per plans.

• Keep a check on planning, design, project management for daily work management.

• Keep a record of client archives and interactions.

• Coordinate with other staff members- Admin, IT, HR, etc. to deliver projects on time and efficiently to clients.

• Client servicing on an ongoing basis, understanding client needs, and developing a service strategy

• Analyzing data, monitoring variations, and implementing ideas to improve operational performance across the business.

• Identify and pursues possibilities for enterprise development..

• Identify and pursues opportunities for business development.

• Achievement of sales for assigned clients/accounts.

• Negotiating contracts with significant clients and sticking to deadlines in order to achieve each client’s long-term objectives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Must have 2 years of work experience in client servicing, sales & marketing.

• Experience working with international clientele is a plus.

• Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in Media Sales and Programmatic buying
• Building relationships and connect with all major media buying agencies and clients
• Manage key accounts from acquisition, negotiation, on-boarding, and client servicing.
• Responsibility for the entire sales cycle.
• Achieving the Monthly revenue targets
• Promote business proposals, sales, and media plans
• Maintaining client relations

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience in the online advertising industry
• Must have an excellent relationship with decision-makers in the media buying space and a proven track record of working with digital advertising agencies and brands
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Develop and lead the lead generation strategy
• Manage Paid campaigns budget and optimize for best results.
• lead a team of Executive’s to manage different campaigns
• Monitor the performance of ad accounts and plan out campaign strategies based on seasonality, competitor activities, product availability, and more
• Analyze Advertisement performance across campaigns, accounts, websites, and channels
• Strong keyword researched lists to capture opportunities at their best
• Create advertising strategies for new programs
• optimize the content on the landing page for the best user experience
• Conduct A/B testings for landing pages, ad copies, images, etc
• Monitor the market trends for paid search & Anything else as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have expert level of knowledge in Google and Facebook Ads 
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with lead generation.
• Highly organized and goal-driven and able to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounts.
• Eager to work with new tools and learn new skills.

• Creating graphics including creatives, illustrations, logos, and photos.
• Shape the graphical aspects of websites, magazines and product packaging, etc
• Graphics should have the right message(CTA).
• Work efficiently as part of a team and the goal is to inspire and attract the targeted audience.

Responsibilities:

• Examine the designs briefly and work as per requirements
• Schedule projects and complete under a confined budget and time
• Conceptualize graphics based on requirements
• Create rough drafts and showcase ideas
• Develop logos, illustrations, and other designs
• Work with creative director and copywriters to create the final design
• Test graphic across all media platforms
• Omit the designs after feedback
• Ensure final layouts and graphics are appealing and meet brands requirements
• Must have Proven graphic designing experience
• Must have a strong portfolio of Illustrations and Graphic Designing
• Must be familiar with designing technologies and software (Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
